Firearm and General Merchandise Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or you have received a defective product, you may return merchandise to Sheridan Armaments for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt if in new, unused condition. You must email returns@sheridanarms.com to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.

There will be a $45 restocking fee for any returned firearms.

Please be aware that unauthorized return shipments will be refused. In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment, in addition the actual shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product at our store.Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized items and items sent without an RMA number.

No refunds on ammunition. All Ammuntion sales are final.
